一、基本情况

 刘启明,男,工学博士,校聘副教授,2018 年 6 月于湖南大学 机械工程学院获机械工程专业博士学位,2021 年 11 月以“元光学者 启航 A 岗”人才引进河北工业大学机械工程学院工作,担任《失效 分析与预防》青年编委及 CMAME、MSSP、SMO 等多个期刊审稿人。
