一、基本情况

张默,女,博士,副教授。河北省青年拔尖人才,天津市绿色循环交通建设专业委员会副秘书长。最高学历博士研究生, 2009年到2015年于美国伍斯特理工学院求学,先后取得硕士、博士学位。
