一、基本情况

黄海宾,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2017年12月博士毕业于大连理工大学结构工程专业;2018年03月至今就职于河北工业大学土木与交通学院。兼任中国振动工程学会结构抗振控制与健康监测委员会青年委员;兼任Engineering Structures、Structural Control and Health Monitoring、Journal of Computing in Civil Engineering等期刊审稿人。
