一、基本情况
兰永新，女，博士，河北工业大学副教授、硕士生导师。2019年6月于南开大学组合数学中心获得博士学位，同年11月被河北工业大学以“元光学者”启航岗B岗身份引入。2022年、2024年分别赴韩国纽约州立大学、伦敦大学皇家霍洛威学院进行学术访问和合作研究。现为中国运筹学会图论组合分会青年理事、天津市工业与应用数学学会理事、天津市系统科学与工业控制学会理事和支部宣传委员、河北省工业与应用数学学会理事。2025年获河北工业大学十佳好导师。
