冯大伟,男,工学博士,副教授,硕士生导师。河北工业大学“元光学者”, 中国机械工业教育协会高电压技术教学指导委员会委员,IEEE国际会议session chair,多个期刊审稿人。1992年04月生,中共党员,本硕博毕业于重庆大学。
