研究领域：金属材料表面改性及涂层；纳米表面工程；陶瓷金属复合涂层
科研项目（课题）情况：
   自1998年以来一直从事材料表面工程方向的研究，共承担国家自然基金8项、天津市和河北省自然科学基金项目18项，获河北省技术发明一等奖两项，发表论文90余篇，其中SCI收录论文50余篇。获国家发明专利13项
